As off the 1st May 2023, Swan Medical Centre will be going to mixed billing. Please refer to fees list at reception. Bulk billing is available for; Children under 16 years of age, Pensioners, Health Care cardholders and Disability Support Pensioners, DVA card holders, Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments.
Payment can be made by cash, credit card and EFTPOS. Payment of all fees is required at the end of the consultation.
If you have any questions about Medicare and the rebate system, please visit the Human Services website . To receive your rebate faster, you can register your bank details with the Department of Human Services. Please visit their website for the appropriate forms.
